Preparing for your virtual class

  • To start we recommend a comfortable workout space and a good internet connection.

  • If equipment is needed, the class description will let you know what to bring.

Viewing classes

  • Click on the sign up link to get started. Once you are a member, you will have instant access to our library of videos.  Not enough time to take a full class?  No problem. All classes can be stopped, paused and replayed with the touch of a button.
