    Intermediate / Advanced

    Designed for clients with prior Pilates experience, this class incorporates the reformer, Cadillac tower, and stability chair to deliver a dynamic and challenging workout. You’ll build on your foundation with intermediate exercises and have the opportunity to progress toward advanced movements. Perfect for those ready to elevate their practice, this class emphasizes strength, precision, and control at the highest level.
