We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all private and semi-private sessions.
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy for group classes.

All purchases are non-refundable.

Grip socks are required for all classes and private sessions.

At Reformacore, if you are waitlisted for a class, please be prepared to attend. If your plans change and you can no longer join, kindly remove yourself from the waitlist so the spot can be offered to another client. Should you be moved into the class from the waitlist within 12 hours of its start time, you will be responsible for that class.

All packages, classes and sessions can not be transferred or shared.

All group classes and packages at Reformacore have set expiration dates. If your package expires, any remaining classes can be reactivated when you purchase a new package. This ensures your unused sessions carry over seamlessly into your next package.
