Studio Policies

• 24 hour cancellation policy for all private and semi-private sessions.

• 12 hour cancellation policy for group classes.

 

• All purchases are non-refundable.

 

• Grip socks are required for all classes and private sessions.

 

• All packages, classes and sessions can not be transferred or shared.

 

• If you are waitlisted for a class, BE PREPARED TO COME TO CLASS. If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to open that spot up for another client. If you make it in to class off the waitlist, and it’s within the 12 hour window before the start of class you will be responsible for that class.

 

• All classes and packages have expiration dates. Dates cannot be extended.
