Every class at Reformacore is a full body, high intensity style workout designed to build strength and endurance while shedding excess body fat.

Founded by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, pilates is a physical fitness system that improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance.  Pilates puts an emphasis on aligning the body, breathing, improving coordination and balance and developing a strong core, which consists of muscles of the back, the abdomen and hips. Reformacore takes these principals and uses them to lengthen, tone and strengthen all muscle groups with an emphasis on the core. All exercises are safe, effective and challenging, making classes perfect for the novice or seasoned pro.

The unique Reformacore technique works the body the way the body is meant to move. The customized pilates exercises are designed to strengthen muscles and rehabilitate areas of the body that have been injured. Reformacore instructors use the exercises and tension to target and focus on specific muscles that need improvement.

Reformacore provides a comprehensive workout to build a healthy, fit and strong body. Every day is a different exercise regimen. At Reformacore the same class is never taught twice, which eliminates muscle boredom. Clients are always challenged in both the body and the mind, which helps them stay focused during the workout.
